RIVER ROUGE STEM ACADEMY

The River Rouge STEM Academy is a K-8 school enrolling for the 2017-2018 school year. This innovative and dynamic initiative was created to meet the interests and needs of families who want to ensure that their children have the essential skills necessary to compete in the modern world. STEM education removes the traditional barriers between core content areas (Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and English Language Arts) by integrating the four subjects into one cohesive stream of teaching and learning. Each student has a full dose of STEM Courses every day so they are able to solve complex problems and demonstrate mastery of Standards within the Fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
