Park Junior High is a school of 7th and 8th graders, and we committed ourselves to a STEM program in 2010. We have devoted STEM class, our science classes, and math classes to STEM education. Curricular units begin with engineering design. Through hands-on activities, students solve problems in robotics, Revit architecture, and Auto CAD. With an emphasis on environmental problems, students create original green architecture designs. After learning about programming, students build and program automated mechanisms. Students use Auto CAD to create designs to make the world a better place. It's a great STEM program at a fantastic school.
